About Coleen
Coleen Smith started her career as a registered nurse (RN) and has been practicing nursing since 1986. She attended American College of Acupuncture in Houston with a Masters in Oriental Medicine. Coleen had training at Hang Zhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Tian Jin Acupuncture Hospital in China. Coleen is a Diplomat, nationally certified in Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM (DipNCCAOM, L.Ac.,CHM.). She is a board certified fellow of the ABORM, (American Board of Reproductive Medicine) since 2008 and now serves on the Board. Coleen received her Doctorate (DAOM) in 2012 at American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, specializing in pain in women’s health. Coleen is now on faculty at CIIS-ACTCM in San Francisco teaching in the DAOM program. She is empathetic, dynamic and knowledgeable. Coleen is proud to have been active in ASRM since 2009, and involved in establishing a CAM-sig for the last four years. As an Eastern Asian Medical Practitioner Coleen works with her patients to provide quality natural reproductive enhancement and care. She has a comforting manner and a reassuring way of assisting women, couples, and men with a variety of health concerns.
About Marisa Rodero | LAc, MSOM, DiplOM, EAMP
Marisa earned her Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO in 2014. This 4-year program of over 3,300 hours included training in acupuncture, herbal prescribing, and nutrition. She is a nationally certified, licensed acupuncturist and Diplomate in Oriental Medicine.
Marisa owned a private practice near Denver, CO for 7 years before finding her home in Spokane. She helps people overcome a wide variety of ailments, with particular success treating pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, headaches, allergies, and fatigue. She especially enjoys helping people relax from their stressful lives with her whole-person approach to healing and restoration.
